Ok so the title sounds a little ridiculous right? But it really was as adventure! (sorta). It started with a friend who wanted to make homemade applesauce. So we went to a lovely farm and bought 50 pounds of apples, and let me tell you... that was A LOT. So we picked up some other ingredients and went home to start the process.

Oh man, trust me here there was soooo much more than this! Applesauce for weeks but it was so worth it! It was delicious, we tried different ingredients here and there cinnamon, apple cider, whatever we had in mind it was an experiment. I so wish I had recorded the process! It's actually quite simple, but since we had 50 pounds of apples it took a looooot longer. Have you made any homemade apple sauce?
